THE SOCIETY FOR THE BLIND, FREE STATE IS A REGISTERED WELFARE ORGANIZATION (NPO)
DELIVERING SERVICES TO BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS IN
BLOEMFONTEIN AND SURROUNDING TOWNS.

The Society for the Blind Free State was established in 1929 and is situated in Bloemfontein city centre.

The Aim

The Society for the Blind is to provide services that will improve the quality of life of the blind and the partially sighted person and enable them to function as independent as possible.

Our Goal

To provide for the accessibility needs of blind and partially sighted persons and also service as a reference and information source for the sighted community.
